In line with the issuance of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 61/POJK.07/2020 regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions for the Financial Services Sector ('POJK 61/2020'), we hereby inform you that effective from December 27, 2023, Dispute Resolution in the Financial Services Sector outside of the Court will be handled by The Alternative Financial Services Sector Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS SJK).
