Jakarta, 31th October 2025 – Indonesia Eximbank achieved significant results at the 2025 Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI). Through this participation, enterprises supported by Indonesia Eximbank successfully recorded potential export transactions worth IDR 52.5 billion from 10 countries, including Canada, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Vietnam, Taiwan, Syria, Egypt, Dubai, India, and Turkey.

Head of the Indonesia Eximbank SMEs Advisory Service Division, Maria Sidabutar, stated that this achievement reflects Indonesia Eximbank’s commitment to strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs in the global market. “Through participation in TEI 2025, we encourage national businesses to move up the ladder and become major players in the world export market, while also contributing significantly to Indonesia's economic growth,” she said.

One of Indonesia Eximbank's debtors, PT Bima Tikhe Berkat, recorded cocoa export transactions to India worth USD 500,000. Indonesia Eximbank also facilitated the signing of an export contract between CV Kahaka International and a buyer from Vietnam worth USD 500,000 for palm midrib products. Meanwhile, PT Indo Tropikal, a ginger candy producer from Karanganyar, received an export order to Canada worth USD 300,000.

PT Bunly Abadi Bersama, one of the supported enterprises, also benefited from Indonesia Eximbank’s support. The owner of Bunly Abadi Bersama, Lily Nuriah, expressed her appreciation for the opportunity. “Participating in TEI 2025 opened up great opportunities to expand our market, including cooperation with buyers from Egypt, Dubai, Nigeria, and other countries. Our cashew nut products have now penetrated the markets of Egypt, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, and Hong Kong,” she said.

Lily added that joining Indonesia Eximbank was a turning point for the development of her business. Since participating in the Coaching Program for New Exporters (CPNE) in 2023, her company has experienced significant growth thanks to training, mentoring, and access to various business opportunities.

Maria explained that Indonesia Eximbank's support in TEI 2025 aligns with the government's policy to encourage SMEs to upgrade. Indonesia Eximbank's mentoring program not only produces globally-minded entrepreneurs but also practical skills, making them ready to compete in the export market.

During the exhibition, hundreds of visitors came to the Ministry of Finance booth in the Indonesia Eximbank business lounge area to obtain information related to export facilities, licensing, and policies supported by Indonesia Eximbank together with LNSW and Customs. Indonesia Eximbank also facilitated Business Matching and Business Pitching activities for business actors who were directly introduced to potential buyers.

From 2020 to September 2025, Indonesia Eximbank has produced more than 1,377 new exporters with leading commodities such as food, beverages, home decorations, and fashion. “This underscores Indonesia Eximbank’s commitment to supporting globally competitive SMEs, creating a multiplier effect for job creation, enhancing product competitiveness, and ensuring the sustainability of SMEs themselves,” concluded Maria.
