Jakarta, 24th October 2025 - Indonesia Eximbank and ICBC Bank Indonesia signed a USD 250 million credit agreement, consisting of a USD 100 million revolving facility and a three-year USD 150 million term loan. The signing continues the long-standing strategic partnership between the two financial institutions to strengthen the national export environment.
The agreement was signed in Jakarta on Wednesday, 15th October 2025, by the Head of Indonesia Eximbank Funding & Treasury Division, Lianawaty Mihardja, and the Director of ICBC Indonesia, Liu Hongbo, witnessed by Indonesia Eximbank’s Managing Director of Finance, Operations, and Information Technology, Anwar Harsono, and the Director of ICBC Indonesia, Fransisca Nelwan Mok.
The Managing Director of Finance, Operations, and Information Technology, Anwar Harsono, commented that as the Special Mission Vehicle (SMV) under the Ministry of Finance, Indonesia Eximbank will continue to expand its synergy with various strategic partners, including ICBC Bank Indonesia, which has been collaborating since 2015. Indonesia Eximbank expresses its appreciation for ICBC Bank Indonesia’s trust and commitment in supporting Indonesia Eximbank’s mandate over the past decade. Indonesia Eximbank and ICBC Indonesia agree to continue to support more trade activity between Indonesia and China amid the global market’s ever-evolving challenges and dynamics.

The Director of ICBC Bank Indonesia, Liu Hongbo, expressed his appreciation for the signing of the strategic partnership between ICBC Indonesia and Indonesia Eximbank. This initiative also reflects a continued commitment to supporting the national ecosystem and strengthening financial connectivity, especially between Indonesia and China.
