Project Guarantee

Guarantee for tender purposes in relation with project that is fully or partiallly supporting export. Indonesia Eximbank's guarantee services also includes guarantees to secure an ongoing or completed project.

Bid Guarantee

Security to guarantee that the secured party will not withdraw, should they be appointed as bid winner, and would be willing to sign and execute the contract afterwards.

Advance Payment Guarantee

Security to guarantee the returning of all or some of the advanced payment made by the security recipient to the secured party, in the event that the secured party commits a breach of contract. The terms of the repayment are based on the contract between the secured party and the security recipient.

Performance Guarantee

Security to guarantee that the secured party will fulfil its obligation to complete an agreed work in accordance with the relevant contract between the secured party and the security recipient.

Payment Guarantee

Security to guarantee that the project owner/bowheer/work provider/buyer will execute the payment to the contractor/implementing party/work recipient/seller as the beneficiary, if the contractor/implementing party/work recipient/seller has completed their agreed obligations, in accordance with the contract between the secured party and the security recipient.

Maintenance Guarantee

Security to guarantee that the secured party will perform maintenance on a completed project.

Benefit

Guarantee facilities are provided to exporters / contractors for approval in project implementation as requirements are agreed by the project owner.

Eligibility

Business legal entities and businesses of non-legal entity status, including individuals, domiciled within Indonesian territory.

Currency

IDR, USD, and other acceptable currencies
