Training and Provision of Information on Trade Finance

Description:
The types of Consultation Services provided by the LPEI in the framework of improving the Capacity Building for the export regulators, agents and supporting sectors are in the form of training and guidance, particularly in connection with the Regulations in the International Trade and Export Financing, and the rendering of information for the potential buyers overseas.

Advantage:
To assist the stakeholders who need consultation and information, training and guidance in connection with the export and trade financing activities, including the development of the financing, security and insurance schemes.
The parties that can utilize the assistance of Training and Information Provision:
The parties that can utilize the assistance of Consultation Services are, the Banks, Financial Institutions, Direct and Indirect Exporters, Producers of export goods, particularly the Micro, Small, and Medium scale enterprises, and Cooperatives.

Terms and Conditions:
1.    Submitting application letters to the LPEI or through the Consultation Services Division.
2.    Obtaining the approval from the LPEI to establish the type of consultation or training and the provision of data/information needed.
3.    If necessary, signing the Cooperation Agreement between the LPEI and the Parties who need such services.
